There is NO REFUND for purchases of digital products and services. By paying with our available payment system
Digital elements cannot be returned. @Installation Support, therefore, has a "no refund" policy for all digital download products. Please take note that we are not a dealer but a private person.
Since this is a private sale, we would like to explicitly point out that we do not lead a guarantee, bills, returns, or any other similar things. For non-tangible digital software, such as the download packages we are unable to offer a refund policy for obvious reasons. I want to point out to you that you automatically accept my conditions. If you do not agree, then you leave the website immediately!

Important Note: A download link to the server (Mega) will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. The Mega server offers a free account with a 20GB capacity or a payable PRO account for 4.99 euros. Therefore, the customer is responsible for server selection. Read the full Terms of Sale carefully before purchasing!

Payment for making an appointment is mandatory, regardless if you bought a program with the online installation support in advance. Unfortunately, there is no other way to pay for online installation support other than by credit card. Our supplier has no other option." The surcharge for the 10to8 provider is three GBP.
Cancellation policy

Please carefully choose the right service, as according to the Terms of Sale We don’t have a cancellation policy.

If you miss your appointment or cancel, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

For Standalone subscribers, a free update will only be provided when it is possible and update files are available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when or if there will be a new update. In this case, the update may be provided in various forms, such as through Programming Delta Files for ISTA Standalone.

For iLean subscribers, if you violate the terms of use of the license, your account will be suspended. To unblock the suspended account, a penalty of 10% of the value of the purchased package will be imposed. Please note that unblocking access after payment of the contractual penalty may take up to 72 hours.
